हामी विश्वको उच्च शिखर सगरमाथा, बुध्द्व जन्मभुमी, रमणीय प्राकृतिक सौन्दर्यता एबम बिबिध संस्कृतीले भरिपुर्ण अनि साहसी गोर्खाली सेनाका कारण विश्वले चिन्ने गरेको गौरबपूर्ण गाथा बोकेको देश नेपालबाट अमेरिकाको कान्सास सिटि वरिपरि बसोबास गरेका छौं l हाम्रो मुख्य प्राथमिकता भनेको हाम्रो संक्रिती, पहिचान र परम्परालाई पुस्तान्तरण गर्दै "जिउदाको जन्ती र मर्दाको मलामी" भने झैँ सहभागी र सहयोगी हुन अभिप्रेरित गर्नु हो l समुदायको साझा उधेश्यलाई गती दिन विधिवत रुपमा नेतृत्व लिदै जाने क्रममा यो पटक २०२३-२०२५ को नेतृत्व मैले लिन पाउदा आफुलाई गौरवान्वित ठानेको छु l मेरा अग्रज, मेरो नेतृत्वको सहयोगी साथीहरुको सामुहिक प्रयासबाट समाजलाई एकताबद्व र क्रियाशिल राख्न सफल हुने बिश्वास लिएको छु l यस संस्ठाका अग्रजहरुलाइ धन्यबाद दिदै यहांहरुले गर्दै आउनु भएका सत्कर्मलाई निरन्तरता र आगामी दिनमा अझ ससक्त र प्रभावकारी बनाउन आफ्नो अनुभवलाइ सुझावका रुपमा मार्गनिर्देश गर्नुहुने आत्मबिश्वास लिएको छु l आगामी दिनमा हाम्रो वरिपरी बसोबास गर्नुहुने कुनै पनि सदस्यले एक्लो र बिरानो अनुभव हुन नपर्ने गरि उदार भावले सहकार्य गर्न सम्पूर्ण KCNS परिवार तत्पर रहन अपिल गर्न चाहन्छु l समयले दिएको यो ऐतिहासिक जिम्बेवारीलाइ दृढताका साथ पुरा गर्न र KCNS लाइ साझा चौतारी बनाउन हाम्रो कार्यकाललाई सफल बनाउन सदा सर्वदा आफ्नो सामर्थ्य संस्था प्रति समर्पित गर्ने प्रतिबद्वता ब्यक्त गर्दछु l

From the land of Sita, Buddha, Mt Everest, and Gurkhali, we have gathered around the Kansas City area to call it our home. Our aim as a Nepalese Society is to transcend our culture, identity, and tradition creating a close-knit community ready to help one another through thick and thin. We are a diverse group with a rich tapestry of cultures, languages, and backgrounds. In this diversity, there lies immense strength, and our goal is to foster an environment of inclusivity, where every member feels valued and heard.
I am honored to assume the leadership role for the years 2023-2025 with the aim of accelerating our shared community objectives. I am confident that we will build upon the admirable work that my predecessors accomplished, making it even more robust and impactful in the days ahead. I am committed to open communication and collaboration. I invite all of you to share your ideas, suggestions, and concerns with me and the executive team. Your input is invaluable, and I want to ensure that our society reflects the collective desires and aspirations of its members.
Thank you for entrusting me with this responsibility. I look forward to working with each one of you to make our shared vision a reality. I pledge my unwavering dedication to channel all my efforts into the organization, fulfilling this significant role bestowed upon me, and ensuring that KCNS becomes a common square for all the Nepalese residing around Kansas City.
